Terms of Service

Last updated: February 18, 2026

Plain language: Use ND Browser however it helps you. Free features are free forever. Premium is optional and cancellable anytime. We respect your privacy and your brain.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing the ND Browser extension or creating an account on browse.mishalabs.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. These terms apply to both the free extension and the premium membership.

2. The Service

ND Browser ("the Service") is a Chrome browser extension designed for neurodivergent users. It provides:

  • Free features: Reading mode, gentle tab notifications, rabbit hole timer, focus mode, built-in breathing exercises, and customizable themes.
  • Premium features ($4.99/month or $39.99/year): Unlimited saved pages, auto-close old tabs with custom thresholds, export/import settings, and priority support.

We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features at any time. Free core features will always remain free.

3. Accounts

  • An account is not required to use the free extension.
  • An account is required for premium features.
  • You must provide a valid email address and be at least 13 years old.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
  • One account per person. Accounts are non-transferable.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

  • Premium subscriptions are billed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
  • Paddle handles all payment processing, tax calculation, invoicing, and refunds.
  • Prices are in USD. Paddle may apply local currency conversion and applicable taxes.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
  • Refund requests are handled by Paddle under their refund policy.

5. Extension Token

Premium features are activated via an extension token:

  • Your token is unique to your account and displayed in your dashboard.
  • Do not share your token. Each token is for personal use only.
  • Tokens can be regenerated from your dashboard if compromised.
  • We reserve the right to revoke tokens that are shared or used on multiple devices beyond reasonable personal use.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the extension beyond personal customization.
  • Use automated tools to create accounts or abuse the service.
  • Share, resell, or redistribute premium tokens or accounts.
  • Attempt to bypass the premium validation system.

7. Intellectual Property

The ND Browser extension, website, branding, and documentation are owned by Misha Labs. The extension source code is available under the MIT License — you may view, fork, and modify it for personal use. The "ND Browser" name and branding are proprietary.

8. Data & Privacy

Your privacy matters deeply to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle (and mostly don't collect) your data.

9. Disclaimers

  • ND Browser is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not medical professionals. The extension is a browsing tool, not medical advice or therapy.
  • We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
  • We are not liable for any data loss that occurs on your device.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Misha Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

  • You may stop using the extension and delete your account at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
  • Upon termination, your account data will be deleted and your extension token will be revoked.
  • Free extension features will continue to work without an account.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of ND Browser after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
